I founded A Definite Edge Management Consulting, LLC to use my extensive experience in business to assist clients in developing their organizations capabilities that empower commercial excellence such as:

• Strategic thinking, dynamic strategic planning and process optimization including
  strong execution plans, accountabilities and follow-up mechanisms
• Assessing and enhancing team development and alignment towards strategic
  goals and expectations 

I accomplish this by:

• Direct interactions with key team members and/or customers to identify
  and then appropriately frame challenges and opportunities
• Engaging and collaborating with the client organization to discover and align
  on the path forward to achieve or exceed its goals 
• Using appropriate assessment tools
  

My experience also acts as a solid platform to assist organizations with meeting facilitation or their interim management requirements.
